What grant development services does our fee cover?
- Establishing a project-specific SAE team consisting of grant writers, program development, and budget specialists to work with your staff to design and write a competitive grant proposal.
- Identifying potential partners that will enhance the value of the application.
- Completing a draft project budget and budget narrative, with appropriate input from your agency's staff.
- Notifying your agency of the need for signatures and/or additional documents with reasonable lead time so that they can reasonably be incorporated into the grant package for your timely submission.
- Providing an experienced evaluation specialist for grants that require the lead agency to determine "who does what to whom, to what effect, and at what cost."
- A monthly retainer fee covers additional services based on client needs.
- Periodic meetings with key staff to discuss areas for potential growth, which supplies SAE with additional information to help us identify potential funding sources and determine appropriate funding opportunities.
- Suggest program ideas that best fit your agency's goals and capabilities.
- Recommendation of licenses, partnerships or operational systems that might further support your agency's efforts.
- Innovative strategies and ideas that we continue to think of on our client's behalf.
