What is SAE's fee schedule?
SAE offers three basic plans:
A monthly retainer based on a 12-24 month contract or
Project-by-project (one time projects) or
RFA-specific reviews of your applications prior to submission or of your unfunded grant submissions prior to resubmission.
Monthly retainer fees are based on the level of services and deliverables your agency anticipates it will need over the course of one year. Included in the monthly retainer are:
- quarterly brainstorming meetings
- monitoring of potential funding sources
- partnership linkages
- innovative strategies and ideas that SAE generates on an ongoing basis on your behalf.
In essence, we operate as your in-house development department – without the expense of fringe benefits. The cost of the monthly retainer depends on the services and deliverables you request. In most cases, the retainer is less than what your organization would pay for one mid-level employee in the development department.
Our monthly retainer also comes with an agreed number of deliverables, such as the number of grants we will develop for submission in a given period of time. Our monthly retainer enables us to get to know your agency over time. The information we accrue increases our ability to identify unique funding opportunities, make appropriate linkages to partners, and design programs that best fit your agency's goals and capabilities.
We can serve as your agency’s development department at a very reasonable, cost-effective rate.
One time project fees are based on the level of work required to complete the service/product. Many clients who use our services on a project-by-project basis return for additional services or become monthly retainer clients.
SAE & Associates does not take clients on a contingency fee basis.
